Something Wrong?
- If you believe your customer has received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at hello@shop480.com so we may address the issue.
- We cannot make exceptions once the merchandise in your customers care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
- Items with slight variances from photos or videos will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
